Usha Chandradas

Usha is an Adjunct Associate Professor and course coordinator of the International Tax and Trade Law programme at Nanyang Technological University. She holds independent directorships in listed entities and has volunteered with Pro Bono SG (formerly the Law Society Pro Bono Services Office) and other charities for over a decade. She served as a Council Member of the Law Society of Singapore from 2014–2015 and previously worked in LSPBS as part of its Secretariat.
Usha is presently a Consultant with Withers KhattarWong’s Private Client and Tax practice. After commencing postgraduate studies in Asian Art Histories in 2016, she founded Plural Art Mag, a Singapore-based digital art magazine. From 2023 to 2025, she served as a Nominated Member of the Parliament of Singapore representing the Arts.
She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (non-practising), and a Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Accredited Tax Specialist (Income Tax).
