Eunice Chew
Appointed w.e.f 1 September 2026
Eunice is the CEO of Providence Law Asia and is responsible for the execution of the firm’s business, talent, and digital transformation strategies. Her career spans private practice litigation, public prosecution, and a decade at EY where she served as ASEAN General Counsel and then as the ASEAN Risk Management Leader. As the ASEAN Risk Management Leader, Eunice was responsible for enterprise risk management for the whole organisation and was on the working committees for the implementation of ISQM and data governance frameworks, as well as strengthening anti-bribery, AML and sanctions compliance frameworks in EY globally.
Eunice sits on the Singapore Academy of Law’s Promotion of Legal Technology Innovation Committee (2026-2028) and has been recognized on the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Southeast Asia 2019, the SCCA Singapore Chief Legal Officer Awards 2022 and the Legal 500 GC Powerlist South-East Asia Teams 2023.
Eunice is an active volunteer and has been serving as a member of the Committee on Fostering since 1 April 2022. This statutory appointment by the Minister of Social and Family Development involves reviewing cases where children are placed under foster care, to better assure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families.
