Kelvin John Lim

Assistant Director of PBSG Academy

Kelvin John Lim has over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning legal literacy, education, arts, and cultural exchange. He currently serves as Assistant Director of PBSG Academy, where he leads the development of public legal education and training programmes aimed at strengthening access to justice and building capability across the legal and social sectors.

In his role, Kelvin oversees the strategic planning, curriculum design, and delivery of webinars, workshops, and e-learning programmes for lawyers, volunteers, non-profit organisations, and internal staff. He works closely with subject matter experts to ensure content is practical, current, and responsive to emerging needs, and regularly evaluates learning impact through structured feedback and data analysis. He supports the planning and execution of large-scale national outreach initiatives, working closely with senior institutional partners and industry leaders across the legal, public, and social sectors to align objectives and deliver coordinated programmes.

Kelvin plays an active role in advancing PBSG Academy’s digital development, including the implementation of learning systems, training operations, and process improvements to support scalable and well-governed programme delivery. Prior to joining Pro Bono SG, he held leadership roles in the arts and cultural sectors. A trained educator by background, Kelvin brings a strong grounding in pedagogy, programme execution, and organisational storytelling, with a consistent focus on empowering communities through clear, accessible knowledge.
